Clean and comfortable environment.
I was incredibly frustrated with the elevator situation. The staff's limited English made the experience worse. I felt unheard and unsupported when I tried to address my concerns. On top of it all, the microwave placement right next to the reception was poorly thought out, causing chaos when guests were checking in.

Price was excellent for what you get. The room size was adequate for one person. The added touch of a paper crane origami made me feel welcomed.

The Standard Single Room was cozy and had all the essentials. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was nice too! The windows kept out the winter chill really well. I also loved that there were vending machines and a microwave in the lobby for late-night snacks. My stay felt stress-free since I didn’t interact much with anyone, which was perfect for me. Really enjoyed my time here!
